New (though old) computer get!
Neutral- Mac Color Classic: enough said. I used it as decoration when I had place to put it. Still got it and still working perfectly.
- Power Mac G3 all-in-one: I used it often at the time I had it, but now it's just too big and only support up to Mac Os X 10.2. I'm trying to get rid of it.
- Power Mac G4 (AGP graphics): I rarely used it because my PC was in my room. I gave it back to my brother so he can use it as a media server.
- eMac: I found it in a depot of a school I was working for last year. Actually, it was a leftover from a group that went there like at least 2 years and never took it back. I guess they were right because that one suffered from the blown capacitor curse. I kept it, repaired it, and used a few times until I sold it.
- Imac G5: Originally, it was my brother's, but he gave it to my mother. Since she didn't have the time to use it, I have decided to do a switch. I have installed my PC on the lounge's 46" tv while I took the Imac. It was hard to get used to a 17" monitor when I was used with a 22" monitor from my pc I was using for my xbox 360.
And finally, I recently had a very good deal with a Power Mac G4 Mirrored Drive Doors. Unfortunately, it was the single cpu model but anyway, it's still a good one. Currently using it with my 22" monitor.
In the end, I seem to like the power mac structure much more than the Imac mostly because of the upgrade capability. Still wonder if I will ever get a MacPro someday. XD
Eventually, that means less pc games for me since I'm not the only one that use the tv and it doesn't have a wireless network card anyway. What I want mostly want to do for now is getting used to macs for tech support experience, drawings and possibly other multimedia things.
